QSQF was founded by a husband-and-wife team whose decades of experience in technology, sports community leadership, and education directly shaped the company's products and direction.

Quintin Diaz Silverio Jr.

Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Quintin is a technology executive with nearly three decades of experience in software development, digital transformation, enterprise leadership, and product strategy—including more than 22 years in leadership roles across regional and global organizations.

As Founder and Chairman of Visa Badminton Club Singapore (est. 2015, ~250 members), he has led community operations, event organization, and tournament participation for years. That firsthand experience with sports community challenges directly inspired AscendQ.

Sherelyn Flores Silverio

Co-Founder & Chief Operations & Education Officer

Sherelyn brings more than fifteen years of direct experience in homeschooling, personalized education, curriculum planning, teacher coordination, and student development. Since 2010, she has guided her children's education from elementary through secondary levels.

Since 2021, she has managed a distributed team of online subject specialists supporting homeschool programs. Since March 2023, she has contributed to AscendQ through product planning, user workflow design, UAT, and operational process design—while shaping the vision for S.R.F.
